What's new on Spotify: Justin Timberlake: The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2

Let's face it, not all the sequels are so great. After listening The 20/20 Experience 2 you have the feeling something is missing... deepness. Maybe Justin was trying to please fans who miss his more radio friendly songs although some of the tracks are still pretty long. So Justin does a pretty good Frank Sinatra but not such a great Godfather.

Favorite tracks: Only When I Walk Away and Amnesia

iTunes Festival: Justin Timberlake Full Show

Breaking Bad's Finale: Spoiler alert!

Crime does pay, at least for us. Tonight we saw the last episode of one of the greatest TV shows ever. Breaking Bad has come to an ending without the ambiguity of other series finales as The Sopranos. Jesse is free, Walter's family is rich and Walter is dead. There are no doubts to discuss but without any doubt we're going to have a lot of discussion, specially about the decision of keeping Jesse alive (I'm guessing).

In my very personal opinion, Jesse alive is the closest to a happy ending that Breaking Bad could be. It gives some redemption to Walter White and some hope to the dark universe describe in the series.

However the great moment of the episode was not about an heroic act. Even saving Jesse, Walter is not a hero. He is" the man who knocks", remember? The biggest moment of Walter White (an the episode) is his confession: "I did it for me. I like it. I was good at it. I was alive". This will be the line that everybody is going to remember. This will be the cut to black of Breaking Bad.

Series Premiere: Sleepy Hollow

The fall season is just starting. On September 16 Fox will be premiering one of its strongest series for the season... Sleepy Hollow. It's cleaver to premiere this series one week before The Blacklist (NBC) and Hostages CBS) to avoid all the buzz of these other series.

In this version of the classic story, Ichabod Crane is resurrected in the 21st century but he is not the only one. His nemesis get back with him.

iTunes Festival Day 13 Preview: Avicii

If you don't know Avicii, you must have been on a cave during the recent years. His single Levels is as popular as the Happy Birthday song and his single Wake Me Up! peaked at number 1 on the Spotify Global Chart and it became the UK's fastest selling single of 2013 overtaking Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines. Avicii new single You Make Me debuts at No. 19 on Dance/Electronic Songs and at No. 20 on Dance/electronic digital songs, maybe is easier just say that it's a great song.

Avicii upcoming album True will be release on September 17. He will be supported by Henrik B at the iTunes Festival.

On August 30, Arctic Monkeys released the song Stop the World I Wanna Get Off with You as a B-side of their single Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High? It's a great song. If they're having something like this as a B-side you can imagine the rest of the album.

Robocop (2014) Official Trailer

Remaking a movie as Robocop is almost impossible. The original one is a dark piece of Sci-Fi; this one... well it looks like Disney made. It's like Tron meets Robocop but we have to wait until next year to see if the new Robocop actually bring us something new.

iTunes Festival Day 5 Preview: Rizzle Kicks

Rizzle Kicks is a hip hop duo with a late '80s sound. Some great British female singers as Adele, Amy Winehouse and Leona Lewis are getting into the charts around the whole world but for the guys, well is not the same. Rizzle Kicks is one of the exceptions. Their debut album Stereo Typical sold over 600,000 only in the UK. Their new album Roaring 20's was release just three days ago.  The first single Lost Generation debuted at number six of the UK Singles Chart.

Although their are making a great job on their one, as many others I heard about them for the first time in the Olly Murs single Heart Skips a Beat.

The iTunes Festival will be a great opportunity to to have a vibe of the new material. They will be supported by Eliza Doolittle.

Here my favorite song by Rizzle Kicks Down with the Trumpets and my favorite too by Eliza Doolittle.

The rock band from Tennessee will be playing today at the Roundhouse in London. Their 2013 self-titled album debuted at No. 1 on the United States Billboard charts and it was also No. 1 album in the United Kingdom.

Here you can watch the first single of the new album by Paramore Now and the most recent Fenech-Soler video Magnetic.

Ho Hey iTunes Festival: The Lumineers

The Lumineers did an incredible job today at the Roundhouse in Camden, London. Even though I'm not a huge fan of folk music, I had good expectations about this performance and the band from Denver didn't disappoint.

If you are a fan of The Lumineers this is definitely a must watch so now you can watch the whole 1 hour and 20 minutes performance here or go to iTunes.

Lady Gaga opened iTunes Festival

Mother Monster is back! Lady Gaga performed seven new songs for her upcoming album Artpop during the first day of the iTunes Music Festival.

She was great considering she didn't sing any of her many hits of the past and although we missed her old material it was a good opportunity to hear what is coming, especially because we have to expect until November 11 to hear the full new album.

Almost all the songs were classic Gaga tecnopop except Jewels & Drugs, a hip hop number featuring rappers T.I., Too $hort and Twista. She made clear that she wanted to do something new and try to do something "out of the box" of pop music. Sure, pop singer + rappers = out of the box. Maybe you need to try a little harder Mother Monster. Having said that, the songs sound fresh and Gaga definitely came back.

Watch the full concert here or go to iTunes.
